Eliza Staniszkis possesses in-depth knowledge of company IT systems, operational management systems and strategic management systems for organizations and knowledge management systems for organizations. She is also familiar with software engineering and modern IT management support systems.
Eliza Staniszkis graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics, where she studied Marketing and Management II and wrote her diploma paper on eLearning at the Department of Computer Science for Economics, under the supervision of prof. Jan Goliński. She completed a one-year internship in teaching at Warsaw School of Economics’ Department of Management Theory. As part of her internship, she conducted classes for university students. She also graduated from post-diploma studies in IT for Business at the Polish-Japanese Institute for Information Technology, where she majored in Software Engineering.
Magdalena Staniszkis is a Ph.D. Eng. architect and assistant professor at the Urban Design Workshop. Her professional career includes the following experience and roles:

Magdalena Staniszkis is a graduate of the Faculty of Architecture at Gdansk Polytechnic (1969), an assistant professor at the Faculty of Architecture at Warsaw University of Technology since 1988, and a Ph.D. since 1990.
Marcin Duszyński is a co-founder and CEO of Capital One Advisers. From 2000-2002, he was director of Advent International, a company managing international private equity funds, and his responsibilities included shareholder supervision of portfolio companies in Poland, as well as developing and carrying out investment projects. Between 1997-2000, he headed up the Warsaw branch office of the American consulting company Communications Equity Associates, where he managed the financing of acquisition projects, as well as mergers and takeovers in Poland’s media and telecommunications sectors. From 1994 to 1997 he worked, initially as an Associate then as Investment Manager, for the private equity Innova Capital Funds (formerly known as Poland’s Partners) and for Enterprise Investors (formerly known as the Polish-American Enterprise Fund), where he carried out investment transactions. Marcin Duszyński graduated from the University of Wisconsin in Madison, USA.
Piotr Jędrzejowicz graduated from the Academy of Economics in Sopot, with a Master’s degree in Economics. He later gained his Ph.D. in Economics – and the title of doctor habilitatus in economic sciences from the University of Gdansk. He became an associate professor in 1982 and a full professor in 1986. Since 1970, he has worked for the Maritime Academy in Gdynia, holding the following positions: head of the unit, deputy dean and, between 1984 and 1989, the President of the Academy. During 1989-1992 he was the permanent representative of the Republic of Poland for the International Maritime Organization in London. Since 1992, he has been head of the IT Systems Department at the Maritime Academy in Gdynia. Between 1993 and 2002 he was director of the Gdansk Manager Training Foundation’s MBA programme. Since 2002, he has held the position of dean of the Enterprise and Science of Commodities Department at The Maritime Academy in Gdynia. Professor Jędrzejowicz’s academic interests include decision support systems and data exploration. He has authored some 200 academic publications in his field of academic interest. He has supervised a number of Ph.D. dissertations and is a member of the Polish Academy of Sciences’ IT Committee.
Paweł Kołakowski is an expert in the field of company management. He currently advises on company management for the following companies: Norblin Industrial Park Sp. z o.o based in Warsaw, AmerLease S.A. and Ergo Polska Sp. z o.o., both based in Tarnowskie Góry.
As Deputy Chairman of the Board and the Operational Director for the public company named Hygienika S.A from 2002-2005, his responsibilities included management of the finance, accounting, purchasing, logistics, HR, administration and IT departments. Additional duties included the preparation of prospect (speculation?) and all other such activities related to preparation of the company for public trading.
As Investment Manager for AIB WBK Fund Management Sp. z o.o, his key responsibilities included supervision of the performance of shareholder portfolio companies, participation in development and restructuring, increasing capital, restructuring of debts, and the sale of companies to strategic investors. During 1994–1998 Kołakowski was employed as a Specialist in the PKO BP S.A Bank Brokerage House, where he worked in the asset management department. His duties included carrying out analysis and appraisals, as well as making recommendations for companies quoted on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. He also worked in the department of primary markets – his responsibilities there included the supervision of public offers in the primary market, the creation of share selling procedures, and the information flow system for completed transactions, especially the issue of shares from the following companies: TC Dębica S.A., TUiR Warta S.A. and ZCW Górażdże S.A.
Between the years 1992-1994, Paweł Kołakowski was employed as Technical Director at the Dromex S.A. Brokerage House, and as a Specialist at the PKO BP S.A Bank Brokerage House.
graduated from the University of Management and Marketing in Warsaw, at the faculty of Finance and Banking. He has completed numerous further trainings, both in Poland and abroad, on primary and secondary capital markets, negotiations and public performance.
